PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable massage tool by which the part to be massaged can be found easily, which has a simple structure and a low cost, which is used for daily health care, and which enables a user to self-massage various parts at the back of the body.SOLUTION: A massage arch includes a central member 12 first and second grip members 16a, 16b in a bending or an arc shape, respectively extending from two ends of the central member so that the central member and an arcuate structure are constituted, and gripped by two hands relative to a side or front of the body and a massage head 20 disposed on the central member, for massaging the body.
