PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved mouth respiration preventing band for maintaining a regulating force while reducing a spread area to cheek parts by changing a locking method to a lower jaw part or making it changeable in the mouth respiration preventing band for regulating an involuntary fall of the lower jaw part to prevent a sleep disorder caused by mouth respiration.SOLUTION: A notch part notched upward or a slit line part is provided vertically from the vicinity of the short-side lower end center of a strip member and made laterally lockable avoiding the vicinity of the center of the lower jaw part, and a connection part is cut out from the outside of the connection part close to the inside of the connection part.
