PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shifting clutch of a power carrier, which when shifting speed, can shift speed only by selection operation of a speed ratio without operating a traveling clutch for cutting-off or the like of power.SOLUTION: A shifting clutch of a power carrier can be switched to either one of: a high speed position in which a first tension arm 17 is rotated in a direction of releasing tension to a first belt 11 and a second tension arm 18 is rotated in a direction of imparting tension to a second belt 12 and a low speed position in which the second tension arm 18 is rotated in a direction of releasing the tension to the second belt 12 and the first tension arm 17 is rotated in a direction of imparting tension to the first belt 11.
