The present invention consists of a novel process for the production, manufacture and/or synthesis of silver nanoparticles without amphipilic or tenso active surfactants, stabilized with positive or negative or neutral static electric charges, which are water-dispersible, organic or inorganic solvents. The absence of surfactant agents in the surface of silver nanoparticles provides the same with characteristics that enhances the performance thereof as antibacterial, virucidal, fungicidal, sporicidal and the ability to sterilize and regenerate the organic tissue. The invention is also used in applications that require low or null cellular absorption of silver nanoparticles. It may interact with further compounds for improving the electrical, electronic and optical capacities thereof.La presente invención consiste en un nuevo proceso de producción, fabricación y/o síntesis de nanopartículas de plata sin el uso de surfactantes anfifílicos o tenso-activos, estabilizadas con cargas eléctricas estáticas positivas o negativas o neutras, dispersables en agua, solventes orgánicos o inorgánicos. La ausencia de agentes surfactantes en la superficie de nanopartículas de plata les confiere características que potencializan su rendimiento como antibacterial, virucida, fungicida, esporicida y orodicida, y la capacidad de esterliización y regeneración de tejido orgánico. Además de que favorecen su uso en aplicaciones que requieren de baja o nula absorción celular de las nanopartículas de plata. También favorece su interacción con nosotros compuestos mejorando sus capacidades eléctricas, electrónicas y ópticas.
