An ophthalmic imaging device comprising: an imaging optical system that includes an irradiation optical system configured to irradiate a subjects eye with illumination light via an objective lens system, and a light receiving optical system for receiving reflected light of the reflected illumination light image acquisition means for generating and acquiring a front image of the subjects eye position adjustment means for adjusting a position where a reflected image of the illumination light is formed by the objective lens system for the tissue of the subjects eye in the front image and image processing means for obtaining a synthetic front image in which the reflected image is reduced based on a first front image and a second front image. A position of the reflected image in the first front image is different from that of the reflected image in the second front image. The second front image includes an area of the reflected area in the first front image.
