To provide a holding member which facilitates taking in and out chemical container components from a storage part, and can suppress unexpected detachment of the components from the storage part, and effectively perform sterilization treatment for the components.SOLUTION: A holding member includes: a plate-like base plate part having a first surface and a second surface； and a plurality of storage parts penetrating into the first surface and the second surface of the base plate part, cylindrically projecting to a first surface side, and storing chemical container components in the cylindrical inside.
