PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intrusion prevention device capable of continuously maintaining an intrusion prevention effect even when a barbed wire is cut off, and capable of being made compact.SOLUTION: The intrusion prevention device includes: a holding shaft 10 provided between columns 101 extending in the vertical direction and made to extend in the horizontal direction and a barbed wire 20 provided on the outer periphery of the holding shaft 10, made to spirally extend along the axial direction of the holding shaft 10 and provided with a plurality of sharp projection parts 22 projected outwards.
