Provided are T cell activation inhibitors comprising an active ingredient of an RGM inhibitor such as an anti-RGM neutralizing antibody. This T cell activation inhibitor is useful as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, and other diseases resulting from T cell activation.
