PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium alloy processed article excellent in mechanical strength and ductility and a method for production thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for production of a titanium alloy processed article for organism including a process of imparting a strain of 15 to 400 as an equivalent strain to an α+β type titanium alloy to lessen the size of a crystal grain by holding the α+β type titanium alloy between the facing two anvils and by relatively rotating at least one of two anvils while applying the pressure of 1 to 30 GPa.
