PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridging body for a ridge coating machine in which a ridge can firmly be shaped and scratching marks are hard to remain in the shaped ridge to thereby make a smooth ridge.SOLUTION: A ridging body for a ridge coating machine concerning the present invention is characterized as follows: multiple substantially fan-shaped first ridge-forming plates 84B and second ridge-forming plates 84A are radially disposed centering on the rotary central axis to form a truncated cone shape on an outer circumferential surface of a slope ridging part the first ridge-forming plate is configured so that the distance from the rotary central axis may gradually increase toward the opposite side of the rotation direction in the end 842a of a rotation direction rear side an edge part 842 is formed in which the end surface where the distance from the rotary central axis becomes the largest the second ridge-forming plate is continuously provided from the portion where the distance from the rotary central axis becomes the largest in the end of the rotation direction rear side a curved surface section 841 is provided in which the distance from the rotary central axis is gradually decreased toward the opposite side of the rotation direction and a curved surface 841a is formed and the first ridge-forming plate is smaller than the second ridge-forming plate in the point of not having a portion corresponding to the curved surface of the second ridge-forming plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
