PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claw-scratching device for a cat that can be mounted with good appearance regardless of a sandwiched body W being fine or thin and fat or thick while being mounted to the sandwiched body W.SOLUTION: A claw-scratching device for a cat includes a claw-scratching tool 1, a base body 2 installed at least in one end of the claw-scratching tool 1, and a clamp mechanism 3 connected to this base body 2 and sandwiching the sandwiched body W. The clamp mechanism 3 can freely adjust an interval with a sandwiching plate 25 extended behind one fixing plate 22 of a substrate 21 of the base body 2, and forms a sandwiching space S between a moving sandwiching plate 31 provided oppositely to the fixing plate 22 and itself.
