PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture conversion device capable of performing the transfer of electronic parts reliably.SOLUTION: A posture conversion device comprises: a first absorptive holding member 22 for inverting an IC chip 4 vertically and a second absorptive holding member 23 for receiving the IC chip which has been taken out of a receipt tape 7 and inverted by the first absorptive holding member and for feeding the same to a downstream side device.
