PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip, an ophthalmic surgical handpiece with the ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip, and an ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic apparatus with the ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip of which a chip or a handpiece can be replaced with less effort during operation.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical ultrasonic chip is attached to an ophthalmic surgical handpiece having an ultrasonic vibration element, breaks a nucleus lentis using the torsion vibration from the ultrasonic vibration element, includes a capillary in which a suction passage is formed, and sucks and removes the broken tissues through the suction passage.
