PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevation type reclining wheelchair where a backward tilting angle of a backrest is adjusted and the backrest is arranged on the substantially same straight line with a seat when the backrest is tilted to be a horizontal posture.SOLUTION: The middle part of a backrest frame 6 is journaled at the upper end of a first rear leg support part 2B in an outer frame body 2. An upper pivotal part 21C in the rear part of a seat frame 8 is pivotally attached to the lower end of the backrest frame 6. One end of a link arm 10 is journaled at the middle part of the support part 2B, and the other end is pivotally attached to the lower pivotal part 21D of the seat frame 8. Then, A parallelogram is constituted by adopting an upper rotary part 21A, a lower rotary part 21B, the upper pivotal part 21C, and the lower pivotal part 21D as vertices. When the backrest frame 6 is rotated in a tilting direction or rising direction, the seat frame 8 is elevated or lowered by linkage with the rotation, while keeping a horizontal sitting part 11 horizontal. When the backrest frame 6 is tilted to be a horizontal posture, the horizontal sitting part 11 is allowed to be at the substantially same height position as the backrest 7, thereby to arrange the horizontal sitting part 11 and the backrest 7 on the substantially same straight line.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】背もたれ部の背もたれ角度を調節でき、かつ背もたれ部を水平まで倒した際に背もたれ部と座部とを略一直線上に配置する昇降型リクライニング車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】外枠体2の第一後脚支柱部2Bの上端部に背もたれ枠6の中間部を軸支し、座枠8の後部の上側枢着部21Cと背もたれ枠6の下端部とを枢着し、支柱部2Bの中間部に一端を軸支したリンクアーム10の他端を座枠8の下側枢着部21Dに枢着し、上側回動部21A、下側回動部21B、並びに、上側枢着部21C及び下側枢着部21Dを頂点として平行四辺形を構成し、背もたれ枠6を倒れる方向又は起きる方向に回動させると回動に連動して座枠8が水平着座部11を水平としたまま上昇又は下降するようにし、さらに背もたれ枠6を略水平となるまで倒した際に、水平着座部11が背もたれ部7と略同じ高さ位置となって水平着座部11と背もたれ部7とが略一直線上に配置されるようにした。【選択図】図1
