PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet fixing device in which the fixation of a transparent sheet transmissive to sunlight allows dew condensation water to be recovered from the transparent sheet from the start, and which can even recover rain water which has leaked from cracks formed in a ventilation sheet and prevent water falling into a house from an insect proof net.SOLUTION: A sheet fixing device is configured from: a first dovetail groove frame 12 with a narrow opening； a second dovetail groove frame 13 with a narrow opening connected obliquely downward from the first dovetail groove frame 12； a gutter frame 12c extending in the opposite direction to the second dovetail groove frame 13 from the back face or the vicinity thereof of a horizontal bottom 12a of the first dovetail groove frame 12； and an elastic locking wire 14 which fits on one or both of the first and second dovetail groove frames 12, 13.
