PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine having a simple structured control part of a display device, capable of easily displaying detected information, even in the case that a model or specifications of the display device is changed.SOLUTION: A work machine comprises a display part 41 capable of displaying the state detected by a detector 40, a sub control part 31 which is connected to the display part 41, and a main control part 30 which is disposed separately from the sub control part 31 and connected to the sub control part 31 and the detector 40. The main control part 30 comprises a detected information output means 50 which outputs the detected information indicating the state detected by the detector 40 to the sub control part 31, and a control information output means 51 which outputs the control information specifying the display form of the detected information outputted from the detected information output means 50 for the display part 41 to the sub control part 31.
