PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent dendron negative regulatory agent and to provide a screening method of the dendron positive regulatory agent.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a dendron negative regulatory agent containing Theaceae Thea sinensis L., particularly preferably an extract of leaves of Theaceae Thea sinensis L. as an active ingredient. The dendron negative regulation is suitable to dendron formation suppression, dendron regression, or dendron activation suppression.
