The present invention provides a water cleaning device. Differing from conventional water treatment device, this novel water cleaning device is provided with an accommodating space, and a plurality of transparent photocatalyst units having at least one opening are equidistantly disposed in the accommodating space. Therefore, when the water needing to be treated is injected into the water cleaning device, the water would forward flow along a winding flow path formed by those openings, such that both the flow time of the water in the accommodating space and the sterilizing and cleaning time for the water are obviously increased. Moreover, distinguishing from the conventional photocatalyst glass plate, the present invention also proposes a novel photocatalyst glass plate consisting of a glass substrate, a photocatalyst film, and a protective film, wherein the protective film is made of at least one specific materials possessing excellent water erosion resistance, and used for preventing external water from invading into the glass substrate via the pin holes of the photocatalyst film and then eroding the glass substrate. So that, the glass substrate of the novel photocatalyst glass plate is protected from occurring with the acidification.
