PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic that exhibits excellent unevenness-correcting performances for making unfavorable unevenness such as fine wrinkles, pores or the like on the skin inconspicuous and exhibits excellent persistency of unevenness-correcting effects.SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic includes a component (A), a finely ground powder of polyethylene terephthalate having an average particle size of 1-30 &mum, and a component (B), a hydrogenated phospholipid-treated powder. Preferably, the content of the component (A), the finely ground powder of polyethylene terephthalate, is 10-95 mass%. Preferably, the content of the component (B), the hydrogenated phospholipid-treated powder, is 5-90 mass%. The powder cosmetic is preferably in the form of a solid powder cosmetic.
