The controller acquires positional information of a plurality of markers in a subject at another time point different from the reference time point. The controller generates the position information of a representative point in the subject at the other time point of the plurality of markers, from the positional information of the plurality of markers. The controller generates the position information of the specific site at the other time point, from the position information of the representative point and the relative position information.
