PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time for setting work when a user sets setting items required for creating cutting data.SOLUTION: A cutting data creation device 30 comprises: a display device 40 for displaying setting items an input device 50 to which an operation related to the setting items is input and a creation support device 60 for supporting creation of cutting data. In the creation support device 60, a command creation unit 64 creates a plurality of commands for setting a type of a material to a prescribed type in a material setting item and for setting a size of the material to a prescribed size in a size setting item, and creates a command list in which the plurality of commands are listed. A display unit 66 displays the command list on the display device 40. A reception unit 68 receives commands input by the input device 50 and setting values of the setting items input by the input device 50.
