The present invention provides a system for automating mushroom cultivation with bottles. To achieve the purpose, the system includes: a water spray conveyor spraying a predetermined amount of water onto a cultivation container while transferring a first tray including the container； a turner conveyor covering the upper portions of cultivation containers by receiving the first tray one by one and placing an overturned second tray on the first tray including the cultivation containers to be discharged from the water spray conveyor, inverting the first and second trays while pressing and fixing both upper portions and lower portions of the trays, and then, lifting the first tray up, which is in a higher position, to transfer the second tray including the cultivation containers while moving the first tray up； an insertion elevator transferring the second tray, which has been transferred from the turner conveyor along with the cultivation containers, in at least one cage to a random floor, and then, unloading the tray； a growth and development tower including growth and development conveyors stacked as a plurality of layers to transfer the second tray, which is transferred from the insertion elevator, in a predetermined distance； and a withdrawal elevator transferring the second tray in at least one cage from the growth and development tower, and then, unloading the tray.본 발명은 버섯 병재배를 자동화하기 위한 시스템을 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 재배용기가 담긴 제1트레이를 운반하면서 재배용기 위에서 일정량의 물을 분사하는 워터 스프레이 컨베이어와, 상기 워터 스프레이 컨베이어에서 나오는 재배용기들이 담긴 제1트레이를 하나씩 받아서 그 위에 제2트레이를 뒤집은 상태로 올려 재배용기들의 위쪽을 덮고, 아래위에서 제1 및 제2트레이를 가압 고정한 채 뒤집은 후 상부에 위치하는 제1트레이를 들어올리어 상기 워터 스프레이 컨베이어에서 이어 나오는 다른 재배용기들이 담긴 제1트레이 위로 옮기면서 재배용기들이 담긴 상기 제2트레이를 운반하는 터너 컨베이어와, 상기 터너 컨베이어에서 재배용기들이 담긴 채 운반되어 오는 상기 제2트레이를 적어도 하나 이상 케이지에 실어 임의의 층까지 운반한 다음 내리는 투입 엘리베이터와, 상기 투입 엘리베이터에서 내리는 상기 제2트레이를 받아서 일정한 거리를 운반하는 생육 컨베이어가 다층으로 배치된 생육 타워와, 상기 생육 타워에서 나오는 상기 제2트레이를 적어도 하나 이상 케이지에 실어 아래로 운반한 다음 내리는 인출 엘리베이터를 포함하는 버섯 병재배 자동화 시스템을 개시한다.
