The present invention is to provide a turner conveyor unit for an automated mushroom bottle cultivation system. The turner conveyor unit receives first trays, where a plurality of mushroom cultivation bottles are stored, one by one, puts second trays in a reversed state on the top of the first trays respectively in order to cover the top of the cultivation bottles, pressurizes and fixes the first and second trays from top to bottom, and turns over the first and second trays, lifts up the first tray positioned in the upper part in a turned over state and transfers the first tray to the top of another first tray where other cultivation bottles are stored, in order to cover the top of the other cultivation bottles, and automatically transfers the second tray where the cultivation bottles are stored in a reverse state. Therefore, the turner conveyor unit for an automated mushroom bottle cultivation system can automatically perform turning overwork in order to prevent seeds from germinating due to watering (water spraying) work which aims to prevent drying of the surface of a medium.본 발명은 버섯 병재배를 자동화하기 위한 시스템의 터너 컨베이어 유닛을 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 여러 개의 버섯 재배용기가 담긴 제1트레이를 하나씩 받아서 그 위에 제2트레이를 뒤집은 상태로 올려 상기 재배용기들의 위쪽을 덮고, 아래위에서 상기 제1 및 제2트레이를 가압 고정한 채 뒤집은 후 상부에 위치하는 상기 제1트레이를 뒤집은 상태로 들어올리어 이어 들어오는 다른 재배용기들의 위쪽을 덮기 위해 그 다른 재배용기들이 담긴 제1트레이 위로 옮기면서 상기 재배용기들이 뒤집힌 채로 담긴 상기 제2트레이를 자동으로 운반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 병재배 자동화 시스템의 터너 컨베이어 유닛을 개시한다.
