The present invention discloses an eye training apparatus and a method thereof using object tracking. The eye training apparatus of the present invention comprises: a main body mounted in a head part of a user and an image providing apparatus coupled to the main body in a direction opposed to a left eye and a right eye of the user, tracking one object between two objects through the left eye by outputting one image among virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality including two objects having different movements, and guiding to track the other one object through the right eye.본 발명은 객체추적을 이용한 안구운동장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 안구운동장치는 사용자의 두부에 장착되는 본체 및 사용자의 좌안 및 우안에 대향하는 방향으로 본체와 결합되고, 서로 다른 움직임을 가지는 두 개의 객체가 포함된 가상현실, 증강현실 및 혼합현실 중 어느 하나의 영상을 출력하여 두 개의 객체 중 하나가 좌안을 통해 추적되고, 나머지 하나가 우안을 통해 추적되도록 유도하는 영상제공장치를 포함한다.
