Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for training eyes using perspective. The apparatus for training the eyes of the present invention comprises: a body mounted on the head of a user and an image providing device coupled to the body in the direction facing the left eye and the right eye of the user and inducing the left eye and the right eye to trace an object by outputting any one of the images among virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality in which the object having the perspective is included.본 발명은 원근감을 이용한 안구운동장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 안구운동장치는 사용자의 두부에 장착되는 본체 및 사용자의 좌안 및 우안에 대향하는 방향으로 본체와 결합되고, 원근감을 가지는 객체가 포함된 가상현실, 증강현실 및 혼합현실 중 어느 하나의 영상을 출력하여 좌안 및 우안이 객체를 추적하도록 유도하는 영상제공장치를 포함한다.
