The intervertebral distractor has a main body to be inserted between two adjacent spinous processes to provide a related support, a first and a second pair of lateral stabilizers, arranged respectively in correspondence of a first and a second end of the main body, and a rod that is percutaneously actuatable and has a shaped profile to cause the spreading apart of the stabilizers of the first pair, and of the second pair.
