The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting cow estrus using mounting permission behavior information, characterized by comprising an infrared ray emitting device formed on one side of a cow room for detecting a mounting permission behavior of a cow； an infrared ray receiving device formed on the other side of the cow room to face the infrared ray emitting device to receive an infrared signal from the infrared ray emitting device； an infrared ray sensor control device supplying power to the infrared ray emitting device and an infrared ray receiving device, and electrically connected to the infrared ray emitting device and the infrared ray receiving device to collect the infrared signal received from the infrared ray receiving device； a communications device transmitting information collected in the infrared ray sensor control device as a communications signal； a remote control device electrically connected to the communications device to detect cow estrus by analyzing the communications signal transmitted by the communications device； and an infrared camera device electrically connected to the remote control device to take a photo of a cow of which the estrus is detected in the remote control device in real time, and formed on one side of the cow room.
