For cooling of the hand piece or angle piece (1, 1', 1") the first coupling element (3) comprises at least one first fluid inlet (8) and at least one first fluid outlet (9, 9', 9"), and the at least one first fluid inlet (8) and the at least one first fluid outlet (9, 9', 9") are connected by at least one first fluid line (10, 10', 10") extending through the hand piece or angle piece (1, 1', 1"), such that a cooling medium can be conveyed from the at least one first fluid inlet (8) through the fluid line (10, 10', 10") to the at least one first fluid outlet (9, 9', 9").
