PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional ring-shaped or cylindrical phimosis-correcting device to be worn on the lower part of a glans penis or the penis directly comes into contact with the thin preputia and often leads to pain or inflammation on the wearing part.SOLUTION: An assist device for improving the pseudophimosis is worn by pulling an excessive preputia towards the root of the scrotum using a C-shaped or nearly O-shaped clamp and clamping the front side and the rear side of the root part of the scrotum across a wide surface as much as possible while applying an appropriate pressure thereto. The wearing position is the root of the scrotum, so that the glans penis can be exposed in a natural state without exerting a direct adverse effect on the thin scrotum and causing a harmful effect such as pain or inflammation, and the instrument can be easily worn and removed. This assist device has a superb function for improving the symptoms of the pseudophimosis.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の包茎矯正用器具は、亀頭下部または陰茎に装着するリング状または筒状のものがあるが、薄い包皮に器具が直接触れて装着部に痛みを伴ったり炎症を引き起こすことがある。【解決手段】C型もしくはO型に近い形状のクランプ器具を使用し、余分な包皮を陰嚢根元部に手繰り寄せた後、陰嚢根元部の前側と後ろ側をできるだけ広い面で適切な圧力をかけながら挟みこんで装着する。また、装着位置が陰嚢根元部であるため薄い包皮に直接的な悪影響を及ぼすことが無く、自然な状態で亀頭を露出させることができるため痛みや炎症という弊害が無く、容易に器具の装着と取外しができ、仮性包茎の症状改善において高い機能を有する仮性包茎症状改善補助器具が提供できる。【選択図】図1
