PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-manufacturable insertion instrument for a medical treatment tool in which a plurality of the treatment tools can be applied to a single incision, and a size or disposition of the treatment tool can be flexibly set.SOLUTION: An insertion instrument for a medical treatment tool that is to be placed on a body surface-side of a retracting means for maintaining an incision in an opened state, includes an elastic cap 4 in which a plurality of ports can be set which serves as an insertion opening of a medical treatment tool or an endoscope from extracorporeal into a body cavity.
