A titanium nickel-based shape memory alloy tissue closing clip (90), a release device (80), and a clip accommodating device. The closing clip (90) is a closed strip made of a hyperelastic titanium nickel-based shape memory alloy material, and the closed strip is formed by means of end-to-end connection of at least three outer segmental arcs (91) and the same quantity of inner segmental arcs (92) in a stagger manner, and is formed in a dish shape or a bowl shape. The closing clip (90) also comprises tooth-shaped protrusions (93) disposed on the tops of the inner segmental arcs (92) and pointing to the center of the closing clip (90), and comprises parallel clips that are same in quantity and are in a one-to-one correspondence with the outer segmental arcs (91). The tissue closing clip (90) is used for closing for treating tissue perforation, anal fistula endostoma and alimentary tract hemorrhage as well as excision of polypus tissue. By means of the shape memory property and hyperelasticity of titanium nickel-based shape memory alloy, the closing clip is opened when a temperature is lower than a set temperature or under external force and is automatically closed when the temperature is higher than the set temperature or external force is withdrawn, and treatment is carried out by performing continuous automatic pressurization on a focus.
