PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated drink suitable for meal replacement diet, a production method of the concentrated drink, and a meal replacement diet method using the concentrated drink.SOLUTION: Water-soluble dietary fiber, l-citrulline and fructose or glucose are dissolved in hot water at 90 degrees Celsius or higher. The solution maintained at a temperature of 85 degrees Celsius or higher is agitated for 30 minutes or more. Citric acid or malic acid is then further added to the solution to produce the concentrated drink. The concentrated drink suitable for meal replacement diet is thereby obtained. One of the three meals a day is replaced with the diluted solution (drink) of the concentrated drink of the embodiment diluted with carbonated water, so that a meal replacement diet method for obtaining a high diet effect, which can be easily continued, is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】置き換えダイエットに好適な濃縮飲用液、該濃縮飲用液の生産方法、及び該濃縮飲用液による置き換えダイエット方法を提供すること。【解決手段】濃縮飲用液は、水溶性食物繊維とL-シトルリンと果糖又はブドウ糖とを摂氏90℃以上の温水に溶解し、その溶液を摂氏85℃以上の温度に維持しつつ30分以上撹拌し、さらにクエン酸又はリンゴ酸を混合することで生成される。それにより、置き換えダイエットに好適な濃縮飲用液が得られる。また、1日3度の食事のうちの1食を本実施形態の濃縮飲用液の炭酸水による希釈液(飲用液)に置き換えるにことより、継続が容易で高いダイエット効果の得られる置き換えダイエット法が提供される。【選択図】図1
