The present invention relates to oil-in-water cosmetic composition. At least two hydrophobic end groups and at least one other hydrophobic end group are introduced to form different emulsion particles and to form a crosslinked structure between the emulsion particles. An emulsifier having two or more hydrophobic ends is used to retain a high content of an oil phase of not less than 30% by weight and not more than 80% by weight. In addition, it contains at least one wax selected from a group consisting of ceresin wax, paraffin wax and carnauba wax, thereby removing sticky feeling.
