An antibacterial edible film is described, comprising at least one edible mixture composed of edible ingredients, such mixture comprising therein at least one probiotic strain producing at least one own bacteriocin in the film. Lactoccocus lactis producing Nisin and Lactobacillus paraplantarum producing Plantaricin are used. The edible ingredient preferably comprises sodium alginate, pectin and glycerol. A process for producing such film and the use of such film are further described.L'invention concerne un film comestible antibactérien, comprenant au moins un mélange comestible composé d'ingrédients comestibles, ledit mélange comprenant au moins une souche probiotique produisant au moins une bactériocine propre dans le film. L'ingrédient comestible comprend de préférence de l'alginate de sodium, de la pectine et du glycérol. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production d'un tel film et l'utilisation d'un tel film.
