The regulating member (20) is provided with a forward regulating part (21) positioned forward of the optical part (30) and formed with an opening in the center, a rearward regulating part (22) positioned rearward of the optical part (30), and a plurality of regulating-member-linking parts (23) via which the forward regulating part (21) and the rearward regulating part (22) are linked.
