PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small taking-medicine support device in which, even when a pill case extruded to outside of a rack by an extrusion mechanism is not delivered to a hand of a user, the pill case is not left outside of the taking-medicine support device.SOLUTION: A taking-medicine support device comprises: pill cases 27 a rack unit 81 comprising racks 21 (21A-21D) for filling the pill cases 27 a movement device 30 for extruding the pill cases 27 from a device body 2, and pulling back the extruded pill cases 27 and a guide mechanism 102 for guiding the movement device 30 in vertical and cross directions.
