Electric toothbrush comprises main body and replaceable brush. Main body includes connecting rod, which has front end part. Main body vibrates under action of vibration source located inside it. Replaceable brush covers connecting rod, which includes zone of protruding part. Replaceable brush comprises tubular part with open rear end, cleaning brush element, side wall with hole. Cleaning brush element is formed outside in relation to side of front end of said tubular part. Side wall with hole is formed from side of rear end to side of front end of tubular part for formation of open zone. Side wall with hole has convex wall, extending towards open zone； and in state, in which replaceable brush is attached to connecting rod, zone of protruding part is located inside open zone, and convex wall comes in contact with zone of protruding part on side of rear end zone of protruding part.
