According to one embodiment of the invention, a blunt-end needle includes: a blunt-end needle body having an insertion hole formed along a longitudinal direction and having a shape in which a front end is open； and a protruding blunt-end suture thread having a suture thread which is inserted to an insertion hole and has the same diameter, and a protruding portion which is connected to a tip end of the suture thread and protrudes from an outer circumference surface of the suture thread wherein, upon inserting the blunt-end needle body to skin, the protruding blunt-end suture thread is supported on the front end of the blunt-end needle body and thereby, can be inserted to skin along with the blunt-end needle body.본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 블런트엔드니들은, 길이방향을 따라 형성된 삽입홀을 구비하며, 전단이 개방된 형상을 가지는 블런트엔드니들몸체； 및 상기 삽입홀에 삽입되어 동일한 직경을 가지는 봉합사의 선단에 연결되어 상기 봉합사의 외주면으로부터 돌출되는 돌출부를 포함하는 돌출둔단봉합사를 포함하되, 상기 블런트엔드니들몸체를 피부에 삽입할 경우, 상기 돌출둔단봉합사는 상기 블런트엔드니들몸체의 전단에 지지되어 상기 블런트엔드니들몸체와 함께 상기 피부에 삽입될 수 있다.
