Device (1) for assisting the angular positioning of an asymmetric intraocular implant, characterized in that it comprises a peripheral graduated portion (2) and a removable central ring (3), said graduated portion (2) making it possible to locate an angle predetermined and to make in the central ring (3) a radial cut to form a ring fraction, said removable ring fraction being intended to be reported on an eye of a patient during the installation of said asymmetrical intraocular implant.
