The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting pet excrement comprising: a body part having a first fixing means at one side and branching off at the other side to have a first branching part and a second branching part having a second fixing means at the end of the second branching part；a first leg connection part which is integrally extended from the end of the first branching part and has a third fixing means coupled to the first fixing means at the free end； a second leg connection part having a fourth fixing means coupled to the second fixing means at one end and having a fifth fixing means coupled to the first fixing means at the other end； and an excrement collection part having a ring-shaped support part of which a part of one side is integrally connected on the first and second leg connection parts and bent and a plastic bag with an opening connected to the other end of the support part so that the pet excrement is put and collected. Thus, an owner of a pet does not need to keep an eye on the state of defecation of the pet and to touch the excrement by hands, thereby conveniently and hygienically collecting the pet excrement without an aversion.본 실시예는 애완동물 배설물 수거장치에 관한 것으로, 일측은 제1고정수단을 구비하고 타측은 분기되어 제1분기부와 제2분기부를 구비하되, 제2분기부의 단부에 제2고정수단을 구비한 본체부； 제1분기부의 단부로부터 일체로 연장하면서 제1고정수단과 체결되는 제3고정수단을 자유단에 갖춘 제1다리연결부； 제2고정수단과 체결되는 제4고정수단을 일단에 갖추고, 타단에는 제1고정수단과 체결되는 제5고정수단을 갖춘 제2다리연결부； 및 제1다리연결부와 제2다리연결부 상에 일측의 일부분이 일체로 연결되고 절곡되어 있는 고리형상의 지지부와, 지지부의 타측에 개구부가 연결되어 있는 비닐봉투를 구비한 배설물 받이부를 포함하여서, 애완동물의 배설물이 자연스럽게 투입되어 수거됨으로써, 애완동물의 주인이 애완동물의 배변 상태를 항상 주시할 필요가 없고, 손으로 직접 배설물을 만지지 않게 되어 혐오감을 유발하지 않으며, 편리하고 위생적으로 애완동물의 배설물을 수거할 수 있는 효과가 있게 된다.
