The present invention relates to a neck-wearing device to provide wearing comfort regardless of neck size. According to the present invention, the neck-wearing device comprises a wearing part and coupling parts disposed in the wearing part and detachably coupled to each other, and is worn by winding the wearing part around a neck and coupling the coupling parts. The wearing part comprises a planar first wearing part and a planar second wearing part with a smaller length than that of the first wearing part. The first and second wearing parts are connected by a connection part with a small width to be separated from each other on both lateral sides of the connection part and form an asymmetric shape with respect to the connection part. The first wearing part comprises an extended part longitudinally protruding from an opposite end part to the connection part.
