The present invention provides a fastener for farming kelp, which comprises: a lower fastening plate formed to have a rope mounting portion composed of a semi-cylindrical groove on which a thick rope is mounted, and a thin rope mounting portion composed of a semi-cylindrical groove on which a thin rope is mounted, wherein the two portions cross in a cross shape； an upper fastening plate connected to the lower fastening plate by means of a vertically connecting hinge to have the rope mounting portion and the thin rope mounting portion with a mirror image of the rope mounting portion and the thin rope mounting portion of the lower fastening plate； and a fixing plate connected to the upper fastening plate by means of a fixing plate connecting hinge, and fastened to the lower fastening plate to be fixed. Fastening protrusions of the lower fastening plate formed in the lower part of the lower fastening plate, and fastening protrusions of the fixing plate formed in the upper part of the fixing plate engage with each other to be fixed. Accordingly, ropes having a different thickness for farming kelp can safely and securely be fixed over the sea in case of a typhoon, ocean current, and high waves, and easily disconnected and re-connected, thereby enabling a user to perform efficient kelp farming.본 발명은 본 발명은 굵은 로프가 안착될 수 있도록 반원통형의 홈으로 형성된 로프안착부와 가는 로프가 안착될 수 있도록 반원통형의 홈으로 형성된 가는로프안착부가 십자형으로 교차되도록 형성된 하부체결판, 상기 하부체결판과 상하연결힌지로 연결되고 상기 하부체결판의 로프안착부와 가는로프안착부에 대해 거울상 대칭을 이루도록 로프안착부와 가는로프안착부가 형성된 상부체결판 및 상기 상부체결판과 고정판연결힌지로 연결되고 상기 하부체결판과 체결되어 고정되는 고정판；으로 이루어지며, 상기 하부체결판과 상기 고정판은 상기 하부체결판의 하부에 형성된 하부체결판체결돌기와 상기 고정판 상부에 형성된 고정판체결돌기가 맞물려 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다시마 양식용 체결구를 제공함으로써 해상에서 굵기가 다른 다시마 양식줄을 태풍이나 해류, 높은 파고에도 안전하고 공고하게 고정하면서도 용이하게 분리, 재연결할 수 있어 효율적인 해조류 양식을 수행할 수 있다.
