Glycopeptide conjugates comprising GM2 and/or Gb5 carbohydrate determinants, and methods of making and using such conjugates are disclosed. The immunogenicity of select glycopeptide conjugates is demonstrated. Vaccine compositions comprising a GM2 antigen could worsen rather than improve a subject's clinical prospects, vaccine compositions comprising GM2 in the context of inventive glycopeplides and/or glycoconjugates can show significant biological benefit in model systems. The present glycopeptide conjugates therefore provides methods of treating individuals suffering from or susceptible to certain cancers by administering a vaccine composition comprising a GM2 glycan (e.g.. in the context of a glycopeptide and/or glycoconjugate).L'invention concerne des conjugués glycopeptidiques comprenant des déterminants glucidiques GM2 et/ou Gb5, ainsi que des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de ces conjugués.
