The present invention relates to an anticancer composition containing an active ingredient consisting of GKN 1, and more specifically relates to an anticancer composition containing an active ingredient consisting of GKN 1 protein or an expression vector comprising the GKN 1 gene which has an outstanding anticancer activity. The GKN 1 according to the present invention is advantageous in that it can beneficially be used as a composition for anticancer therapy because it features not only outstanding activity in suppressing the occurrence of cancer cells but also outstanding activity in suppressing cancer cell metastasis during overexpression.La présente invention concerne une composition anticancéreuse contenant une substance active constituée de GKN 1, et concerne plus spécifiquement une composition anticancéreuse contenant une substance active constituée de la protéine GKN 1 ou un vecteur dexpression comprenant le gène GKN 1 qui a une forte activité anticancéreuse. Le GKN 1 selon la présente invention est avantageux en ce quil peut être avantageusement utilisé en tant que composition pour une thérapie anticancéreuse, parce que non seulement il présente une forte activité dans la suppression de loccurrence de cellules cancéreuses, mais également une forte activité dans la suppression de la métastase de cellules cancéreuses pendant une surexpression.본 발명은 GKN 1을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항암용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 항암 활성이 우수한 GKN 1 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터 또는 GKN 1 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항암용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 GKN 1은 암세포의 발생을 억제하는 활성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 과발현시 암 세포의 전이를 억제하는 활성도 우수한 특징이 있으므로 항암 치료용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
