The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing arnica oil which is effective in bruise and edema. According to the present invention, the composition contains 0.15-2.5 parts by weight of an arnica flower extract, 2-3.2 parts by weight of a fermented solution of dzuki bean, 1-2.3 parts by weight of tomato powder, and 0.5-1.3 parts by weight of a day lily root extract, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a body care base.
