PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely pull up a pillar that cannot be easily removed and to carry it out of a field by using a conventional pillar pulling machine. For each pillar of a cultivation ridge, a transfer vehicle is stopped to complete the pulling operation. Since it is a moving work mode, there is a problem that it takes a considerable amount of time for each field. SOLUTION: This is a strut extracting device after finishing a long digging and harvesting, which comprises a traveling means, a pulling-out conveyor section composed of a pair of obliquely arranged conveyor belts for pulling up the strut upward, and a pulled-out strut backward. A long column having a transfer conveyor section for transferring to a column and a mounting table for mounting the column that has been transferred, and a long column having a control means corresponding to the traveling vehicle for the speed of a pair of obliquely installed conveyor belts. It is a strut pulling-out device, and the speed control means for the pair of obliquely arranged conveyor belts is composed of a hydraulic motor unit and is capable of stepless control and is configured to be linked with the speed of the traveling vehicle.
