PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which hardly generates stripe irregularity (unevenness) during application, can be rapidly adhered to the skin, is excellent in covering power of pores, makes the skin uniform after application and generates finished skin without dry feeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which comprises the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) 0.1 to 30 mass% of a silicone resin spherical elastic powder, (B) 0.1 to 10 mass% of a dextrin fatty acid ester in which the fatty acid has 18 to 22 carbon atoms, (C) 0.1 to 10 mass% of nonvolatile phenyl-modified silicone and (D) 0.1 to 30 mass% of volatile silicone oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】塗布中に筋むら（よれ）ができ難く、肌に素早く密着させることができ、しかも、毛穴カバー力に優れ、塗布後の肌が均一で、乾燥感のない肌に仕上がる油中水型乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）、（Ｃ）及び（Ｄ）：（Ａ）シリコーン樹脂球状弾性粉体 ０．１～３０質量％、（Ｂ）脂肪酸の炭素数が１８～２２のデキストリン脂肪酸エステル ０．１～１０質量％、（Ｃ）不揮発性のフェニル変性シリコーン ０．１～１０質量％、（Ｄ）揮発性シリコーン油 ０．１～３０質量％を含有する油中水型乳化化粧料。【選択図】なし
