The present invention relates to a method of preparing a liquid fatty composition containing polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from algae. The method comprises the steps of: (a) heating a solvent oil containing polyunsaturated fatty acids； (b) preparing a mixed material by mixing the heated solvent oil with algae； (c) thermally treating the mixed material； and (d) obtaining a liquid fatty composition from the thermally treated mixed material. Upon using the liquid fatty composition containing polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from algae and the method of preparing the same of the present invention, a manufacturing process can be simplified, eco-friendly as well as cost-effective due to lower manufacturing costs. In addition, the liquid fatty composition containing polyunsaturated fatty acids derived from algae of the present invention is capable of preventing oxidation of fats without a separate injection of an antioxidant since chlorophyll, which is a natural antioxidant, is extracted together when the polyunsaturated fatty acids are extracted from algae.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명에 의한 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법은, (a) 다중불포화 지방산 함유 용매 오일을 가열하는 단계； (b) 상기 가열된 용매 오일에 조류(Algae)를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； (c) 상기 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 열처리된 혼합물로부터 액체 지방 조성물을 수득하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 이용하면 제조공정이 간단하고, 친환경적일 뿐만 아니라, 낮은 제조단가로 인해 경제적인 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 의한 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물은 조류로부터 다중불포화 지방산의 추출시 천연 항산화제인 클로로필도 같이 추출되어, 추가적인 항산화제의 투입 없이도 지방의 산화를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
