Then the OPTEASE Retrieval Catheter with the radiopaque tip is installed in front of the vena cava filter along the conductor to the implanted vena cava filter, along the angiographic conductor 260 cm 0.018 in. long. A diagnostic catheter PigTail is installed through the catheter, inside the cavity filter, the VCF is pulled up using its frame. The loop for removal is introduced through the OPTEASE Retrieval Catheter with a radiopaque tip. Выполняют формирование единой петли (катетер-проводник-петля экстрактора), по катетеру направляется проводник, который в противофазе захватывается петлей экстрактора, формируется единая петля («вожжи»): катетер-проводник-петля (экстрактор), при подтягивании за «вожжи» кавафильтр (КФ) вынужденно отклоняется. КФ принимает центральное положение относительно оси сосуда, после чего вводится петля для удаления. Затем по проводнику до имплантированного кавафильтра устанавливается катетер OPTEASE Retrieval Catheter с рентгеноконтрастным кончиком перед кавафильтром, по ангиографическому проводнику длиной 260 см 0,018 дюйма.
