Disclosed are a chair for correcting posture and a rehabilitation apparatus including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a chair (100) for correcting posture including a back support part and an armrest part includes: a seating part (110) including the back support part (160) and the armrest part (170) mounted on one side surface thereof, and a hip moving part (111) for moving hips of a sitter in a front or rear direction; an upper body correction part (120) fixed by an extension part (131) extended from a chair leg part (130) in one side direction and varying a length thereof in an upper body direction of the sitter; a chair leg part (130) fixedly mounting the seating part (110) and a connecting part (131) to an upper portion thereof; a driving part (140) mounted in the seating part (110) and driven by a signal of a control part (150) to provide a driving force to the hip moving part (111); and the control part (150) transmitting the control signal to the driving part (140) on the basis of data acquired through a sensor (180) disposed on the back support part (160) and the seating part (110).
